Delete your account

You can delete your PolyLife account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app (fastest)

Open PolyLife and go to the Profile tab.
Under Safety & community, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and profile are removed and you’re signed out.

By email

Prefer not to use the app? Email polylifedev@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account,” and we’ll remove it. We may ask one question to verify it’s really you before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

Your account and login, profile details, and photos.
Your messages, posts, agreements, calendar events, and check-ins.
Your matches and likes.

What we may keep, and for how long

We remove your personal data promptly (within 30 days). We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or to keep the community safe (for example, a record that a blocked or banned account existed, so it can’t simply be recreated). We do not use retained data to contact you or for advertising.
